Payment

Once we receive payment we will commence work immediately. You will be provided with a draft proposal in accordance with the specifications you provide to us. When you confirm that you’re satisfied with the draft then we will ship to you within 21 days.

Payment is made by debit/credit card, bank transfer, cheque or Pay Pal with the order. If paying by cheque make it payable to ‘Stonehouse Nameplates’. Please be aware we will not start work on your order until payment has been cleared.

Delivery

We always endeavour to despatch the goods within 21 days of the draft design being approved. If we are unable to despatch your order within this time we will contact you with the despatch date.

If your house sign is damaged in transit, simply contact us and email a photograph to us showing the damage, on the day you receive the delivery and we will replace the sign.

We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery costs from the customer, if the item is returned to us due to failed delivery.

We will also replace your Name Plate if the goods are not manufactured to your specification. However, we cannot replace your Name Plate for any mistake in the details provided by you, the customer, (so please ensure the details you provide are accurate).

We are professional manufacturers and engravers of all types of House Name Plates, Commemorative Plaques and Memorials in only the highest quality of natural stone materials. It is in the very nature of these materials that they are subject to some variations in shape, colour and size and because of the manufacturing process involved minor perceived flaws may occur. These flaws are not a cause for replacement and are accepted as industry standard in stone production.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising from your use of this site.
